    This course is designed for:

    • Individuals who want to work at a gym or in a weight room as a weight room attendant 
    • Individuals who want to become a Personal Trainer take this course as a prerequisite
    • Individuals who want to pass their Weight Training ICE and register with the BCRPA

    Pre-Requisites:

    • Fitness Theory course completion
    • National Theory Exam completion
    • Current First Aid and CPR certification
    • Registration with the BCRPA
    • Weight Training experience

    Upon Completion

    Upon completion of the course you will receive an attractive, professional certificate which officiates the completion of your weight training course. This certificate is color laser printed on quality paper and will not fade or smudge. You may proudly hang this certificate on your wall. Please note that there is a $10.00 + HST administration fee for re-issuing certificates should you lose your first issuance.

    Once you are registered with your provincial registration body, you may then register for your Weight Training module. You may only register for this Weight Training course once all the above-mentioned requirements have been met and copies of those certificates are provided.
